Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Colorado Avalanche suite?

To rent a premium space for a Colorado Avalanche game at Ball Arena, click on the game you wish to attend via the Book A Suite page to see available suite options. Premium spaces and suites can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Ball Arena Premium Team at 303-615-6860 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Avalanche//Ball Arena Premium Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite or premium tickets. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

Premium tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager via and the Avalanche will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone when entering Ball Arena. It is encouraged that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your guests in advance of the game, and for guests to download tickets to their mobile wallet to ensure proper access into Ball Arena.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All premium experiences listed on are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

All suites are ADA accessible. Guests can enter through either the Grand Atrium or East Atrium to take elevators to the appropriate level. For the Ice Deck, accessibility to the deck can be created for guests who need it. Please work directly with your assigned representative at least a week in advance to ensure that proper ramps are in place for Ice Deck guests who require them.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Select suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Yes. In order to secure your suite, payment is required in full.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees when booking through The price you see is the price you pay. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses, but there is no F&B minimum required.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

Per our sales terms and conditions, all sales are final for suites and premium products. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser of the suite.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For any premium product that does not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Ball Arena representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Catering Pre-orders are due 1 week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. There is no catering minimum when purchasing a suite. Guests can bring food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs are very subjective based on the experience you want in your space. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites and spend is based on type of food and beverage - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, SROs) for my suite?

All suites are sold with the maximum allowable number of tickets for the space. Additional tickets are not available for purchase.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

No. Because suites are sold with the maximum allowable number of tickets, we do not have the ability to grant non-ticketed guests into suites.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

We love kids in our premium spaces! For all Avalanche games, guests three years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Guests under the age of three years may sit in a ticketed guest’s lap.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Ball Arena)?

All suite and premium guests must adhere to Ball Arena’s bag policy. More details can be found at

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Club Level Suites and Party Suites are located on the Ball Arena Club Level, so all guests in those suites will have access to Club Level amenities, such as high-end concessions.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suites include parking passes in the Ball Arena Camry Lot. The Ice Deck includes parking in the Rav4 Lot. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.

When does my suite open?

Suites are open starting 90 minutes before Avalanche games begin.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary, though not required.
